Volleyball

Grande Prairie has put out a great deal of gifted volleyball athletes throughout the years and there is no doubt that the city will be excited to see what the circumpolar north has to offer. Volleyball is a very technical and highly skilled sport with all kinds of strategy involved to try and place any given team in a position that will be advantageous for them after each service of the ball. It will be very exciting to see some hard hits and big digs during the 2010 Arctic Winter Games.

Classes Competing in Volleyball during 2010 Arctic Winter Games include:

Junior Male (90 or later; 20 or younger)

Junior Female (90 or later; 20 or younger)
